Free Shipping & Nominal Rates
For qualifying orders above $500, bot-hut.com provides free shipping. Orders below $500 incur a nominal charge of $20.00 (excluding freight shipments). Note that freight shipments are exempt from free shipping.

Larger orders of the same item may be sourced directly from manufacturers, necessitating a slightly extended delivery time. For expedited delivery or inquiries about inventory, kindly contact customer service before placing an order. Please note that stated delivery times are estimations and not guaranteed.
Shipping Guidelines
We are unable to deliver to post office boxes. Please provide an address accepted by UPS and USPS, Ontrack, Speedee. In some instances, UPS may involve USPS for the final delivery to your mailbox, beyond our control. Hence, furnish an address viable for both services.
Reports of damages or defects in orders must be made within 48 hours of receipt before opening of damage package received by carrier. Please send pictures of damage shipment by carrier atinfo@bot-hut.com
Shipping Restrictions & Cancellations
Rejected shipped orders will incur additional shipping charges upon reshipment. Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders are shipped upon credit approval, product availability, and order acceptance.
Orders are generally processed swiftly upon placement, making cancellations or changes challenging. Refer to our Return Policy for orders that have been placed and shipped. Shipping costs will be deducted from refunds for undamaged refused deliveries. Refusal of freight orders may result in charges for shipping, storage fees by the freight company, and return shipping charges. As freight charges are considerable, it’s advisable not to refuse shipments.
Office Furniture (Freight)
For furniture deliveries via freight, if Inside Delivery is requested, our team will contact you before shipping to arrange delivery. Dock to Dock assumes no need for a lift gate. Contact our customer service at info@bot-hut.com for inquiries.

Freight Delivery Options
Dock to Dock ($): Basic delivery assuming a loading dock is available. Customer responsibility includes product removal.
Lift Gate Service ($80): Available for locations lacking a loading dock, lowering the product to street level. (depending on the manufacturer) Inside Delivery ($$$): *This service is not available.
Threshold service, placing goods at the exterior threshold of your business. Residential inside delivery limitations apply.
Additional Freight Delivery Info
Manhattan NYC freight deliveries incur a $50 surcharge.
Truck deliveries cannot be scheduled for specific times. Trucking companies will contact you before delivery.
Signatures are mandatory for all truck deliveries during standard business hours.
Freight Delivery Damages
Always note any visible damage on the delivery ticket before signing for a freight shipment. Contact us immediately if damage is noted or delivery is refused. Claims for damage, defects, or missing items must be made within 48 hours. Retain packaging until fully satisfied with your purchase.
Direct-From-Manufacturer Orders
Expected delivery times for freight products are available on each product page. Tracking numbers are not accessible online for products shipped via private freight carriers.
Shipping Restrictions
We can ship APO/FPO orders but shipping is high.
We cannot ship to Puerto Rico, Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or offer delivery to “General Delivery”. We do not accept orders for freight forwarding companies. International shipping is not available through bot-hut.com.
